Quincy Quack, better known as '''Dr. Quack''', is a duck who worked at Dr. Quack's Clinic from 2005 to 2015, retiring after the Medical Mystery was solved. If your pet was sick, you could visit him and he would give you medicine to help your pet get better. You could also visit him if you just wanted to give your pet a check-up. He is 67.

On March 18, 2015 Today's Announcements notified members that Dr. Quack will has decided to retire next week and is closing his clinic for good. In exchange, pets would no longer become sick. From March 2,5 2015 to April 14, 2015, Dr. Quack could be seen walking on the Map of Kinzville. By clicking on him, players could win a retirement gift with one of the five items below. The Dr. Quack Plush Toy was also retired from the W-shop.▼

Ever since 2005, players have been given the opportunity to interact with Dr. Quack in his [[Dr. Quack's Clinic|clinic]]. He listened to your pet's heart, checked their reflexes, and/or looked in their mouth or ears. He also warned players of their caretaking habits, deciphering the wrong from right. If your Webkinz was sick, Dr. Quack told you how to help, and gave you medicine to make your pet feel better.

After Dr. Quincy Quack graduated medical school, he decided to move to Kinzville after discovering there were no doctors in the area and that pets were traveling to the Big City for medical care. He soon made his way to Kinzville and began looking for a place to set up his new clinic. At first, he had trouble finding the perfect spot, but eventually came upon an available lot nearby the [[KinzPost|KinzPost Office]] and [[Adoption Center]].
Mayor Quack also ran in the 2020 mayoral election and won, taking office January 1st, 2021.▼

In the Webkinz Votes 2016 election, Dr. Quack ran for Kinzville Mayor, and on December 1, 2016, he was [http://webkinznewz.ganzworld.com/carousel/webkinz-votes-2016-results/ elected] as the 2nd mayor. He beat out running mates Amanda Panda, Dex Dangerous, and Salley Cat. He won 50% of the vote. He began his term on January 1, 2017. His platform was based on creating new recipe foods that would easily boost your pets' happiness, hunger, and energy meters. He reran for mayor throughout the Webkinz Votes 2018 election, but lost to [[Sophie Stockwell]]. He officially left office January 1, 2019.
