New to Webkinz World ads showcased new Webkinz throughout March 2008 - July 2008.
Nowadays, these ads are clickable and if you click them, info of the pet advertised is given, along with it's special food and item.

Promotions
Alvin and the Chipmunks
Throughout December 2007, a series of advertisements promoted what as then the upcoming live action Alvin and the Chipmunkes film. Clicking on these ads, you would either receive waffles or a piece clothing resembling one of the three Chipmunks' outfits.
Alvin and the Chipmunks: The Squeakuel
Throughout March 2010, a series of advertisements exclusive to Webkinz players in Canada promoted the DVD release of Alvin and the Chipmunks: The Squeakuel. After clicking on an advertisement, players were sent to a form where they would answer a problem and then receive codes for a piece clothing resembling one of the Chipettes' outfits.
