You can find the KinzPost Office on the Kinzville Map, or on your Things to Do menu. Once there, you can choose if you want to send a letter, package, or postcard, then customize the message and select the stationery, stickers, and wrapping paper. Sending letters and packages is free, but formerly cost KinzCash depending on the complexity of the letter or package.
 
Starting in June 2011, players can add [[Host Gifts|Webkinz Hosts]] as friends and send them packages, letters, and postcards. These hosts occasionally respond with a letter or a package. Sending a package is not required to receive a Host gift.
