Janice is a Yorkie. She is a friend of Purr-Cilla.

She is described by Ganz as follows: "Janice is one of Purr-Cilla’s cronies. She wasn’t as mean to Salley Cat as Purr-Cilla was, but she was no princess either. She’s not very good in school and mostly relies on her looks and her silver tongue to get by. She’s definitely a follower."[1]
