If you get the question right the first time you click it, you'll get 5 KinzCash and a bonus (-5 KinzCash, +5 KinzCash, +0 KinzCash, -1 KinzCash, +1 KinzCash, -2 KinzCash, +2 KinzCash, -3 KinzCash, +3 KinzCash, -4 KinzCash, +4 KinzCash).
