Clubhouse

The Webkinz Clubhouse is a location in Webkinz World. It can be accessed through the Kinzville Map or Things to Do. You can interact with other Webkinz online in the room.

There are two sections of the Clubhouse, Kinz Chat and Kinz Chat Plus. In Kinz Chat Plus you can type what you want to say rather than choosing from pre-made sentences like in Kinz Chat. The downside is that the Kinz Chat Plus Section of the Clubhouse only has one room in it, the Trading Room.

KinzChat

Kinzchat is the regular chatting area of the clubhouse. It has more rooms than the clubhouse does however it is more busy there. Here there are only pre-determined phrases that you click on and then hit send. For this you don't need any permission from parents or anything anyone can use it. Kinzchat is also open more hours than Kinzchat PLUS and has more zones. Deluxe members can customize Kinzchat speech bubbles and use more Kinzchat smilies than regular members.

KinzChat PLUS

The Kinzchat PLUS area is a special area. To access it you have to have your parents' permission. To have confirmation on this, go into the Parent's Area in Webkinz World.mci2.webkinz.com/parentarea/ There you will see a button that says 'Enable/Disable KinzChat PLUS'. Click it. Then fill out the information, and go to your email. There you can press a confirmation link. After this, you will be able to use KinzChat PLUS. It has limited hours and less room choices.

KinzChat PLUS is NOT available to all Webkinz members. Members who select "other" as their country of residence, upon registering their account, will not be granted access. You will not receive the email from the parents area in order to access KinzChat PLUS services. You will not be granted access even if you contact Ganz directly.

KinzChat PLUS is different because it allows you to talk by typing your own messages. Webkinz World doesn't accept some words due to word filters. If you would like Ganz to add a word to the KinzChat Plus dictionary you can suggest a word. It is a box next to the area where you type. You can ask them to add any word and it could be added!

Areas in Webkinz World where you can access and use KinzChat PLUS include the Clubhouse, the Kinzville Park, the Coral Cove at the Vacation Island, and the Adventure Park.

Before entering any of the KinzChat PLUS areas, Webkinz World Members are required to agree to the KinzChat PLUS Rules. Violations of the KinzChat PLUS Rules can lead to warnings and temporary banning or permanent banning from the KinzChat PLUS areas.

The rules are divided into four categories. Clicking on each of the categories below will open up the more detailed rules as of October 2010. For the most recent version of the rules, please visit the Ganz Clubhouse Rules [1] website.

It is against the Clubhouse Rules to tell others about social or personal websites. As such, using the phrase "Webkinz Insider" or even just "Insider" in KinzChat PLUS areas can lead to a warning and/or a temporary or permanant ban from the KinzChat PLUS areas.

Types of Rooms

The signs for the rooms have different colored pins on them which indicate what type of rooms they are.

• Red: Event Rooms
• Blue: Role Playing Rooms
• Orange: Activity Rooms
• Green: Hangout Rooms

• After School Room (Hangout Room) - A fun place to hang out after school!
• Bowling Alley (Hangout Room) - Come on in to hang out with friends, play some games and get totally bowled over in this awesome alley!
• Classroom (Event Room) - Class is in session with a new student! Click on the Farm Kitten and it will share its lunch with you!
• Daisy's Diner (Event Room) - Click on Daisy for a healthy treat or show off your chef skills and try cooking with the Super Chef Stove!
• Doug's Collector Room (Activity Room) - Look for Doug the Dog! He's here an hour each day and you can trade your Curio Shop gems with him for prizes!
• Exercise Room (Hangout Room) - Hop on the trampoline or jog on the treadmill and watch your health levels soar!
• Games Room (Activity Room) - Are you a super gamer? If you like games, you're sure to love this fun games room.
• Kinz Air Airport (Hangout Room) - Check out the Airport room theme...now available at the Ganz eStore!
• Reading Room (Hangout Room) - Study for the Kinzville Academy in this quiet room!
• Trading Room (Activity Room) - Wanna trade? Click on a Trading Table and invite other members to swap some stuff!
• Watch & Win Room (Event Room) - Earn KinzCash in the Clubhouse! Click on the movie screen to watch a short video and earn 25 KinzCash (KinzCash awarded for your first 10 videos)
• Welcome Room (Event Room) - Meet and friend other Webkinz players in the Welcome Room. While you're here, don't forget to pick up a special gift from Ms. Birdy!

KinzChat Plus Rooms

• Trading Room (Activity Room) - Wanna trade? Click on a Trading Table and invite other members to swap some stuff!
• Theater Room (Hangout Room) - Put on a play at the Webkinz Theater or find a seat to watch the show... just don't forget to grab a snack at intermission!
• Super Chef Room (Activity Room) - Come learn or share your knowledge of Webkinz recipes!

• Girls Rule Room (Hangout Room) - This is the perfect place to chat with all your best friends.

• Runway Room (Activity Room) - Join in taking turns showing off your keen sense of fashion on the runway!
• The Boutique (Role Playing Room) - Gossip about the latest trends at the Glam Boutique! You don't have an appointment? No problem... just speak with the receptionist!
• Fast Food Restaurant (Hangout Room) - This Clubhouse room was decorated using prizes that can be won by playing SPREE in the Arcade!
• Frozen Playground (Hangout Room) - Have tons of frosty fun in this cool room! Look for items from the Frozen Playground room theme at the Ganz eStore!
