Veggie Fest

Overview

Veggie Fest is a "celebration of healthy eating habits" hosted by Webkinz Character Daisy Doe who introduced the event in September 2014.

In 2014, players received a Veggie Fest Hat (September 12, 2014), a Basket of Veggies [2](September 13, 2014), and a Daisy Doe Plushy (September 14, 2014). These gifts arrived unpackaged, directly to the player's dock.

During the Veggie Fest, extra daily activities were added during which players could receive food prizes, including W-Shop foods, Organic Apple Juice, Farm Fresh Pumpkin, Giant Bean, recipe foods, Mazin' Carrot Cake, among other food prizes. During the fest, players could click on floating broccoli to win three Veggie Fest-specific food items: Crunchy Kale Chips, Fresh Pasta Salad, Tofu Burger. In the days prior to the event as well as during the event, Daisy Doe could be found walking in the customizable Map of Kinzville. Players who clicked on Daisy were awarded an Organic Olive Bread.

Farm Fresh Cookbook

The Farm Fresh Cookbook included various recipes already in Webkinz World that called for Farm Fresh ingredients along with two brand new recipes that you could make using the Growing Garden Seeds obtained during Veggie Fest. To get your Farm Fresh Cookbook, all you had to do was log into Webkinz World during Veggie Fest to have it automatically added to your dock. After that, you could find it in the WShop under fun stuff.

Veggie Fest Challenge

2020 brought with it the first Veggie Fest challenge. The challenge was presented in two parts:

Part 1

• Plant 10 packs of Growing Garden seeds
• Make 15 wishes playing Wishing Well 2 at the Arcade
• Earn 160 KinzCash playing Pumpkin Patch Protector at the Arcade

Part 2

• Play 3 games of Jumbleberry Fields at the Arcade
• Earn 200 KinzCash playing Smoothie Moves at the Arcade
• Feed your pet 3 dishes that are currently available at Daisy's Diner

If you completed all tasks by midnight, August 26, you'll win a Daisy's Diner grand prize!

Clubhouse

Players could visit Holly Hopper in the Garden Center room at the Clubhouse, every day during Veggie Fest. If you click on Holly, she’ll give you a decoration that you can display in your pet’s yard (limited to 1 Garden Center prize per day).

Farm Fresh Cookbook

Four new recipes have been added to the book. Now you can make the Apple Farm Window, Harvest Pizza, Fall Fair Corn and a Veggie Garden Fence.
